ROMNEY FOLLOWS THE GOOD BOOK -- by Steve Nadis

Presidential candidate Mitt Romney is following the usual script--cutting services for the homeless and mentally ill, bashing gay marriage, and now invoking the name of God, or rather Ronald Reagan, in promoting small government and the virtues of the American people. (Query: How can the world's most powerful nation and world's largest economy be effectively run by small government?) It's all too familiar. It was not so long ago that another Republican candidate invoked the name of the hallowed Reagan in his bid for the White House, touting the example of said B-movie actor at every opportunity. The candidate, of course, was George W. Bush, and we all know how that turned out.

1 - Does anyone wonder about what the mormon church would require of Romney? Does anyone know that Mitt Romney took several blood oaths in the temple? Is anyone aware that in these blood oaths he swore his time, talents, gifts, political influence and anything else he got to the mormon church? More information here

Romney pays more attention to the Book Of Mormon than he ever will to the bible and he pays still more attention to the words of the current Mormon profit (prophet) that he does to the Book Of Mormon. In fact, even though the Book of Mormon is dead set against blood oaths, he took many blood oaths in the mormon temple. (Comment this)

2 - Thanks, Nos, I haven't paid much attention to the blood oath issue as perhaps I should. (Comment this)
