This is a warning to Osama bin Laden. (In case you’re not familiar with that name, he’s the man who wants to kill us all.) You’d better watch out, Mr. bin Laden sir cause John McCain is gonna get you. He knows how to do it. HE JUST KNOWS. And he’ll get it done. He’s gonna get it done. He’s gonna get you. We don’t have to worry about a thing. All we have to do is vote this guy into office and he’ll take care of the rest.

Seems to me that the CIA & Army elite coulda found & captured [or "eliminated"] Bin Laden in the first few months- back in 2001, if they were actually told to FIND him.
They weren’t.
Bush’s tete-a-tete avec Osama’s uncle a few days after the tradgedy amounted to “So sorry. This shouldn’t have happened. But we’ll speak with him.
We’ll take care of him.”
“Do what you have to do (threaten Afganistan’s Taliban) but ‘hands-off’ Bin Laden. He’s one of ours.”
Atleast that’s how I saw it back in September of that year.
