PERFECT RECORD BLOWN — by Steve Nadis

We made it through mid-December without a real “Season’s Greetings” card, not counting the aforementioned card from Rooter Man. Today we got a thank you card from the mailman for his holiday gift, but that’s not the same in my book as a holiday card. But then the parents of a friend of mine, who live about a thousand miles of here and see us once every five years, somehow got the idea to send us a card. So the perfect record, which had held up so well is now blown. Still it was a good run while it lasted.

Thanks GM (and same to you!), though I guess that really kills the streak I had going until now… –S

Thanks for the Greetins’, MP. Same to you, podner… The aforementioned may be a hot item in 2010 though. Good for blocking drafty doors at the very least! –S
